My Journey of Passion and Perseverance
Before the advent of Facebook and other social media platforms, chasing the passion for being a designer in India required a more traditional and resourceful approach. Aspiring designers relied heavily on a variety of offline resources to gather the necessary study materials and information. Lets walk together to the era before internet and after.

A peek into my Design Journey!
In 2012, a small group of design enthusiasts in India faced a common challenge: the lack of accessible, high-quality study materials for competitive design exams like CEED, UCEED, NID, NIFT, and NATA. Determined
to bridge this gap, I formed study groups on emerging platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook, sharing resources and supporting each other.
Need of FreeDes
By 2020, the need for a more structured and comprehensive resource became evident. Thus, the FreeDes website was born. Initially launched as a trial version, it quickly gained traction among students from the 2021 to 2024 batches. The platform provided free, high-quality study materials, helping students crack their exams with ease. Many of these students went on to become alumni of prestigious institutions like IISC, IIT, NID, and NIFT, while others found success in private colleges and international careers.
Growing Success and Community Support
The overwhelming positive feedback from students, alumni, and parents fueled the growth of FreeDes. The platform expanded its reach through social media channels like Telegram, Facebook, and Quora, providing free study materials to thousands of students across India. The community-driven approach under my free design initiative ensured that the resources were always up-to-date and relevant.
Launch of Free Des (Test) Website
The success rate of students continued to rise under my guidance, the demand for a more comprehensive online study material package was long awaited. This led to the development of Free Des Tutorials, a website dedicated in covering all broad topics in design specifically for design exams. The platform aimed to provide updated study materials annually, reflecting the latest trends and changes in the design industry. The goal is to offer FREE unlimited lifetime access to these resources, ensuring that no student was left behind due to financial constraints.

A Vision for the Future
The Free Design Education initiative, which started as a small effort in 2012, had grown into a significant reliable source for design entrance education by 2024. It aimed to provide the most recent and relevant design knowledge to students, with sharing of all study materials for FREE in Telegram by helping them achieve their dreams without financial barriers. The initiative's success was a testament to the power of community, passion, and perseverance.
The Impact
Today, FreeDes and Free Des Guides have helped thousands of students secure ranks in competitive design exams and pursue successful careers in design, engineering, and management. The platform's alumni include experts working in Indian and international government departments, FAANG companies, and multi-billion-dollar projects worldwide.

FreeDes website is a powerful reminder that with dedication, collaboration, and a strong desire to make a difference, even the most challenging obstacles can be overcome. It stands as an inspiration to all aspiring designers, showing that with the right resources and support, their dreams are within reach. Thanks to all students and aspirants who coordinated effectively to learn, teach and support along with their preparations , with a huge contribution and donation of their study materials for helping those in need.

Glow with Flow
On taking some important decisions in life to keep the people who vowed to be part of this journey as family, I found it a challenging demand in life and so migrated to Ireland on 15 Aug 2022, after celebration and remembrance of India's Independence Day. Unknown where to start a career, how to cope with foreign climate, food and amenities guided me to find a job that never made me guilty, when looking back.
The advices and suggestions of people around which demotivates to search a job was - Bro, you came to a continent where Nurses/Medical have more demand! Jobs are not available easily and you are in wrong country mate". This fueled by aim, designed by job hunt strategy, chat gpt and other AIs helped to foster a strong demanding Career timeline and in next 2 months, I joined Amazon and then quit to Join the company, I work today.
This wave of events happened within 6 months after reaching Ireland and was the fastest in my social circle to grab a Irish Govt Job with a similar work profile from past professional experiences. The surprise turned to hope, dedication and inspired many others to seek guidance for their dreams and so Careers in Ireland Group came into existence.

Apart from those, few general tips to crack interviews in Ireland as on 2024 is mentioned below.
